ALL ARE SALES FINAL FOR WIGS

Due to the nature of the products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS

 If there is a mistake on my part, or the wig does not fit – you must return the product within 3 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse units sent back to us. Once the wig is ordered its yours. NO RETURNS 

All hair is shipped via FEDEX and take approximately 5 business days to receive after processing is complete. Once your order is in possession of the FEDEX, we are not responsible for any damages caused, loss of items, or customs fees charged (for international orders) by FEDEX.

  Processing time for READY TO GO WIGS (meaning that is a not custom wig) is 7- 14 business days from time of purchase. Depending on our current volume of orders at the time your wig could arrive before the 7 day mark, but will definitely be sent by the 14th business day at the latest unless rush services have been purchased. 

Processing time for MADE TO ORDER WIGS (meaning the wig is created after ordering) is 14 - 28 business days from time of purchase. Depending on our current volume of orders at the time your wig could arrive before the 14th day mark, but will definitely be sent by the 28th business day at the latest unless rush services have been purchased. 28 days is just a grace period for hair processing, shipping and other orders being worked on. You will most likely receive your wig by the 14th business day or a few days after. You will be notified of any delays..

  Processing/Production time for WIG CUSTOMIZATION (i.e. coloring. custom hairline knotting, full wig construction .) will typically process for 20 – 80 business days. Depending on the customization and on our current volume of orders at the time your wig could arrive before the 20th day mark, but will definitely be sent by the 80th business day at the latest.

Custom pieces always take longer than expected so be mindful it won't be done until its done. Custom pieces can not be rushed.  You will be updated of progress.
